Our existence is for a reason
Don't buy into modern myths that everything came into being by chance. Those are lies that are more based on bad faith than science.
Scientific experimentation can demonstrate that scientific theory is fact by repeated testing in a laboratory. But evolutionary theory is not something that can be tested in a laboratory, rather it relies on vast periods of time as the way in which major transitions occur between species. But since nobody has so much time to watch evolution happening in a lab, it has never been repeated, and all that it boils down to is pseudo-scientific guesswork, not science. Yes it sounds very sciency but it is really RELIGIOUS FAITH wrapped up in a way that sounds like science, but is not. We can say that it is religious faith because it involves trusting in something that cannot be proven scientifically.
If you choose to believe that you came into being by chance, then you are accepting a religious belief system that requires faith in an unproven long process. It requires faith because the long process is still unproven. Such beliefs may sound like science and many people think it is science, but it isn't.
But the religious faith that such belief requires is NOT well founded. Check out below what Professor Richard Lewantin, a geneticist, has said, which basically shows a prior commitment to interpreting facts in a certain way, no matter what. This clearly shows that it is the religious belief system being clung to as doctrine that is guiding the popular pseudo-science, not the other way around:
Our willingness to accept scientific claims that are against common sense is the key to an understanding of the real struggle between science and the supernatural. We take the side of science in spite of the patent absurdity of some of its constructs, in spite of its failure to fulfill many of its extravagant promises of health and life, in spite of the tolerance of the scientific community for unsubstantiated just-so stories, because we have a prior commitment, a commitment to materialism.
It is not that the methods and institutions of science somehow compel us to accept a material explanation of the phenomenal world, but, on the contrary, that we are forced by our a priori adherence to material causes to create an apparatus of investigation and a set of concepts that produce material explanations, no matter how counter-intuitive, no matter how mystifying to the uninitiated. Moreover, that materialism is absolute, for we cannot allow a Divine Foot in the door.
We too have religious faith but our belief is based on the revelation of a personal God through ancient documents that have stood the test of time. We see God as creator, as king, as ruler, as just, but also as loving, one who we can call out to for the help that we do need. Our faith is personal, very personal. God is a person who wants to be known by us.

Every belief system leads to some kind of understanding and action
Any system of belief leads to actions that are based on such a belief.
If a person believes that everything came by chance then the logical outcomes are:
We see the outcomes of this belief system in our world today, for example:
If a person believes that everything came by chance then the logical outcomes are:
- Life has as much meaning as the roll of a dice.
- What we do doesn't matter.
- There is no right and wrong apart from what people may say is right and wrong, which can vary from person to person or from community to community.
- It doesn't matter if we exploit others for our own benefit.
- A person bound up in an inescapable lifetime of poverty has no hope.
- There is no compassion in suffering.
- Ultimately there is no justice for those who have wronged others and get away with it.
We see the outcomes of this belief system in our world today, for example:
- Crime is on the rise.
- Increased depression and hopelessness.
- Exploitation of children.
Right belief
Right belief is having faith in God, faith in the testimony about God that has been passed down through time to us.
God is an intelligent being, vast in power, who exists outside of his creation, the universe, but he made everything with a purpose and his creativity and wonder is reflected in the creation.
Below is what the Bible says about the creation of the animals:
And God made the beasts of the earth according to their kinds and the livestock according to their kinds, and everything that creeps on the ground according to its kind. And God saw that it was good.
Looking at the creation, we see different kinds of animals, and there are grouping, eg dogs, cats, and we see genetic variance and diversity in each kind, and we do not see in the fossil record any intermediate forms where dogs have become dogs after previously being something else. The "missing link" is still missing, because it never existed, and a lot of people have the wrong interpretation of the facts, one based on a wrong understanding. God is the creator and the genetic design and richness of all the animals came from him, his creativity and his intelligence.
The Bible also says:
So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.
There's something special about people because they're made in God's image, made to be able to relate to God as intelligent beings designed by him.
God isn't far from any of us and he reaches down into the lives of people by the work of his Holy Spirit who leads us to understand him through his written scriptures that was passed down to us, as recorded in the Bible.
God desires each one of us to come to know him, but there's a barrier that is a blockage in our relationship with God because he is pure and we are guilty of rejecting him through ignorance or intent, and in disobeying his clear instructions in this world. The whole creation is broken as a result of our rejection of God.
But God has done something about this by sending Jesus and we can become his friends again. Read on in our web site to find out how.

Right belief and its outcomes
- Recognition that God exists.
- Recognition that God created us and is the boss over us.
- Recognition that we have broken God's instructions for us and lived in rebellion against him and are under his judgement, and that as rebels, his just judgement is to separate us from himself forever.
- Recognition that God is the source of all goodness, and that separation from him also means separation from everything that is good in a place designed for the enemies of God.
- Recognition that our lives are broken without God and that the things in the world do not bring lasting satisfaction, but we are designed to find satisfaction in God alone.
- Turning to God, to find healing in our relationship with him by receiving his forgiveness for our guilt.
- Turning away from our rebellion against God.
- Recognition that others in this world are in the same situation as us.
- Compassion for others.
- Kindness and love for others.
- Passing on the message of hope to others in the same way that a poor beggar would tell other beggars where to find bread.
