What is the community pantry?

The community pantry provides food and groceries to needy and low income people and families at an affordable price.  It is also a place where people can meet and chat over a free cup of tea.

When is it open?

Thursday and Friday mornings from 9am to 12pm.

How can I access the community pantry?

Bring along your health care card when you come.

Where does the food come from?

Food is purchased by the church from Foodbank ( http://www.foodbank.com.au/default.asp?id=1,26,,25 ) and collected by our volunteers from the Foodbank warehouse in Morningside.  Foodbank itself is a non-profit charitable organisation that serves the community.
